| Test
procedure (In the case of E.coli O157) |

| |
| Step1: Enrichment
culture |
| Add enrichment broth to food sample to be tested
for E.coli O157, and incubate the sample at 42℃ for 12-24 hours. |

| Step2: Applied
cultured sample |
Applied prcedure 1:
Drop a 100µL of cultured sample onto the test sample drop section
(see the figure on the below). |

Applied
prcedure 2:
Dispense a 150µL of cultured sample into test tube and attach
the test strip to the test tube so that the test sample drop
section of the test strip is immersed in the cultured sample
(see the figure on the right) . |

| Step3: Judgment
of the test results |
| The test results should be judged by checking
the reddish purple test line appeared on the test strip 15minutes
after the start of the test. |
| 1) The test results is judged as positive when
a reddish purple line is observed at the test line appearance
position and the control line apearance position. |
| 2) The test results is judged as negative when
no reddish purple line is observed at the test line appearance
positon, but a line must be observed at the control line appearance
position in every case. When no control line observed, the assay
itself is invalid |
